When can I expect my order?

If you order before 10pm in the Netherlands, your order will be delivered the next working day.

If you order before 5pm in Belgium, your order will be delivered the next working day.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order in the email you received with the track & trace.

Have you not received anything 2 days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us. Then we will contact the carrier to solve the problem as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €3.95.

Orders over €49,- receive free shipping.

Exchanges and Returns

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Yes, you can return any order to us within 30 days without giving any reason.

I want to return an item, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and with labels and tags. The product must not show any signs of use.

The return costs are partly for the customer and can be paid when creating a return label. There are multiple return options available with a price starting from €3.97 / €4.97. Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure that we refund the purchase amount to the account with which payment was made within 10 working days.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

You can find your Track & Trace code and track your order in the shipping confirmation email you received.
